Alessandro Enriquez’s new collection is a tribute to Pop Art, brought to life at Palazzo Morando in Milan through a creative collaboration with renowned Italian artist Marco Lodola, a leading figure of the Neo-Futurist movement. For the Autumn/Winter 2023–24 season, Enriquez shared his inspirations and creative vision with the artist, who transformed them into vibrant artistic interpretations, creating a dialogue between fashion and contemporary art.

From Alessandro Enriquez’s drawings emerge Marco Lodola’s artistic interpretations, transforming the iconic motifs of Enriquez’s prints into majestic illuminated sculptures of striking scale. These luminous creations become the focal point of the campaign imagery, casting light on the looks of the upcoming Autumn/Winter season. In turn, Marco Lodola entrusted his own drawings to Alessandro Enriquez, inviting the designer to reinterpret them through his distinctive creative lens. The result is a series of vibrant “Enriquez/Lodola” looks, where fashion and art merge in an explosion of colour, creativity, and mutual inspiration.

For this new collection, Alessandro Enriquez turns up the lights, intensifying colour until it becomes radiant, almost dazzling, immersed in a deep red hue that frames the entire Autumn/Winter collection. The collection revolves around the graphic universe of the Italian circus: its iconic polka dots, endless stripes reimagined into psychedelic patterns, its illuminated signs, spectacular performances, and timeless figures such as Moira Orfei. Colours, hearts, circles, horses, plumes, ropes, nets, spontaneity, and the resilience of circus performers all find expression in a collection defined by bold contrasts and theatrical energy. This vibrant vision takes shape through the sculptural appeal of glossy red vinyl, alternated with black and white. Oversized, unisex outerwear inspired by masculine tailoring gives way to micro miniskirts, sequined crop T-shirts paired with pencil skirts, fitted shirt dresses, and the brand’s signature printed maxi skirts. These elements are masterfully combined with glittered tulle and printed shirts, enduring symbols of Enriquez’s messages of Italian identity, optimism, and love.
