Products available for purchase on this Website, subject to stock availability, are generally handed over to the courier within 1\u20132 business days<\/strong> of receipt of the Order.<\/p>\n

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday. During particularly busy periods\u2014such as sales, promotions, public holidays or periods of high order volume\u2014the Seller reserves the right to extend the processing time to approximately 3\u20134 business days.<\/p>\n

Orders are shipped via GLS<\/strong>, which delivers on business days (Monday to Friday). The courier does not provide advance telephone notification and cannot accommodate requests for delivery within specific time slots.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”subTitLegalPage”]\n

Upon delivery, the Customer must carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage before signing the courier\u2019s delivery receipt.<\/p>\n

Products are carefully packed in boxes bearing the Seller\u2019s branding and sealed with adhesive tape.<\/p>\n

If the package shows signs of tampering or the seal is damaged, the Customer must either accept the delivery subject to inspection<\/strong> or refuse it.<\/p>\n

In the event of an unauthorised signature, visible signs of tampering, or damage to the package or its contents, the Customer must immediately notify the courier and contact the Seller at shop@alessandroenriquez.com<\/strong><\/a>. The original packaging must be retained for inspection and, where possible, photographs should be provided.<\/p>\n

Any claim relating to tampering, damage, missing items or delivery to an incorrect address must be reported within 2 (two) days<\/strong> of the delivery date shown in the courier\u2019s tracking information. Claims submitted after this deadline cannot be accepted.<\/p>\n

The Customer agrees to accept delivery of the Order. If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the Customer\u2014including an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient\u2019s absence, incorrect telephone details, refusal of delivery or similar circumstances\u2014any shipping costs incurred and applicable customs charges will be deducted from any refund due.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”subTitLegalPage”]\n
